  • Dr.
    Leslie R. Grice
    Chiropractor

    Dr. Leslie R. Grice with a Bachelor of Applied Science Honours degree graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 1992 and began practice in that same year at Grice Chiropractic Centre to present.  From 1992-1995 she completed 3 years of the Sports Injury Fellowship Program at CMCC.  She later went on to study Acupunture in Sri Lanka and began adding this treatment to the clinic in 1998.  Dr. Leslie taught anatomy and neuro-anatomy in the labs for six years at chiropractic college (CMCC). 2011-2014 she served on the Board of Governors as a member at large at CMCC.  Dr. Leslie's chiropractic practice encompasses treating pregnant mothers right through to elder years.  Treatment, depending on each case, includes the use of hands on manipulation, mobilization, adjusting instrument, muscle therapy (manual or use of modalities).  In our clinic we strive to improve one's posture, range of motion and overall function and conditioning in an approach to living a healthier and more active lifestyle.    Dr. Leslie is a member of Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA), Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA) and licensed with the Chiropractic College of Ontario (CCO) and the Acupuncture Council of Ontario (ACO).

    Kyle A. Grice
    Chiropractor

    Dr. Kyle A. Grice with a Bachelor of Science degree graduated from NYCC in 1997 and began practice in that same year at Grice Chiropractic Centre.  As an interested teacher he taught for six years at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in the Anatomy and Philosophy departments.   In 1999 he received a DAc(Diploma of Acupunture) and practiced for several years until his interests turned to in depth spinal care.  In 2003 he began his training in the most researched chiropractic spinal assessment and treatment technique called Chiropractic BioPhysics aka. Clinical Biomechanics of Posture.  He has since become certified in CBP and is in process of completing the final case study presentation to become advanced certified in CBP.  To learn more about this spinal corrective procedure please visit the website: www.idealspine.com .

    Mary Rasmi-Wakileh
    Chiropractor

    Dr. Mary Rasmi-Wakileh is a Doctor of Chiropractic graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry and Biology. Dr. Mary treats a wide variety of complaints, ranging from acute to chronic injuries and focuses on wellness for her patients. She encourages her patients to set health goals and helps them to achieve these goals through function maintenance, pain reduction and customized exercise programs. Treatments may include a combination of chiropractic adjustment/manipulation, soft tissue therapies or instrument-assisted soft tissue therapies, modalities, active and passive rehabilitation exercises as well as ergonomic counseling and overall health advice. Dr. Mary is a member of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, the College of Chiropractors of Ontario, the Ontario Chiropractic Association and the Canadian Chiropractic Association.

    Lorne Papernick
    Chiropractor

    Dr. Lorne Papernick attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated with clinic honors in 1995.  Dr. Lorne has been in practice for 22 years and has adjusted some of the top athletes in the world.  Dr. Papernick has a strong interest in; adjusting children, pregnancy care, and wellness care.  He adjusts people of all ages including pediatrics, geriatrics, and everyone in between.  Dr. Papernick receives his regular adjustments and has been adjusting his children since birth.  He also obtained a Master’s degree in education to learn how to properly educate people on how to keep the one thing that controls everything in your body (the nervous system) working well, with the help of chiropractic.Dr. Papernick continues to give back to the community and share the gift of chiropractic by doing health talks for companies, schools, and community groups.  He also helps coach hockey teams in his spare time.

  • Dr. Chris Saieva
    Chiropractor

    After years of training, practicing at another clinic and shadowing Dr. Kyle Grice, Dr. Chris Saieva has joined the practice providing his knowledge and Chiropractic Care to our patients.

  • Jennifer Spyropoulos
    Acupuncturist

    Jennifer Spyropoulos is a registered Acupuncturist with the college of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). 

    After graduating from York University with a degree in Psychology, she continued her studies at The Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences. There she took a four year Acupuncture Program which included a clinical internship in China.

    During her stay in China she studied at The Tianjin College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and The Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.  In China, Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine are the first choice for healing when faced with any health issues. This inspired Jennifer to share this natural way of healing with all of her patients in Canada.

    Since starting her practice in 2002, she has taken continuing education courses in Scalp Acupuncture and Acupuncture for Neurological and Psychosomatic disorders.

  • Christy Chudy
    Massage Therapist

    She has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2006 who has corrected many chronic pain syndromes and postural imbalances with deep tissue and myofascial therapy. Throughout her career as an RMT she has found special interest in the treatment of complicated neck and shoulder conditions including headaches, nerve compression and frozen shoulder. 

    Her focus is to treat the cause over the symptom, by re-balancing the body as a unit for optimal function. 

    She is also trained in the treatment of sports injuries and prenatal massage.

  • May Azucena
    Massage Therapist

    She graduated from the 2200 hour Massage Therapy program and is an active member of the College Of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She specializes in therapeutic massage using both Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Techniques. 

    Since 2006 her goal of helping everyone who comes to see her is still her goal today. Her clinical experience includes treating different conditions that are related to stress, overuse, posture and injury. 

    In addition she has  training in prenatal massage.

  • Diana Jin
    Massage Therapist

    Diana was a graduate of  Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2010.  She has been practicing for the last 9 years treating patients for muscle spasm, pregnancy, muscle strain/sprain, plantar fasciitis, tendinitis, headaches, scoliosis, sciatic nerve pain, pirifirmis syndrome, fibromyalgia and
    carpal tunnel syndrome.

    Diana has done additional training in the use of ultrasound and tens machines
    therapies, as well as the application of hot stone massage for chronic muscle
    stiffness and full body relaxation.

  • Taruna Garg
    Physiotherapist

    Taruna Garg has more than 10 years’ experience, certified in Manual Therapy and mastered the use of Manual Therapy skills efficiently for treating her patients.

    Taruna uses a hands on approach to provide Physiotherapy to clinic patients.
